We want you to feel confident when purchasing art from ByAgnessa. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

For eligible, non-personalised items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Eligible original artworks may be returned in accordance with the return conditions above. Please take particular care when repacking original artwork to ensure it is protected during return shipping.

Custom & Personalised Artwork

Artwork created specifically for you, made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the artwork arrives damaged, defective or is not as agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your artwork is damaged during delivery, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be handled within the time limits required by applicable consumer law.

International Orders

ByAgnessa sells internationally. Consumer rights may vary depending on your country or region. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
